Return and Refund Policy

Any unused goods from our store can be returned to us for a refund, minus the shipping cost, up to 14 days after receipt of the goods.

The cost of return shipping will be at your own expense. Please contact us at info@perterrapacks.co.uk if you would like to return any unused goods.

We do not accept returns for any custom work unless there are manufacturing errors.
